Christmas wishes
And here we are at the second Christmas dealing with the infamous Covid. We all thought that he had gone as he had arrived and instead ... Vaccines one, two, three and then tampons and then greenpass and masks ... corridors, white, yellow and red areas ... and again super greenpass! But we are still here ... to send you our sincere wishes for a Merry Christmas!
The Christmas present that we hope is that, after this sad period, the negativity will dissolve and we can finally really return to that normalcy that we all await.
Here at Dimora Naviglio we did our end-of-year analysis and, as always, we do it in the period that for us is certainly the relatively quieter one: Christmas.
We first of all thank those who have trusted us: our many loyal customers who have chosen us to spend a few days of serenity away from home and have been able to visit the beauties of our wonderful territory, located halfway between Venice and Padua and equidistant from the most beautiful places in the Veneto region.
We thank our customers from beyond the Alps who in 2021 decided to spend their holidays or to undertake a stage of their journey with us. Customers from Austria, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, but also from further afield, such as Greece and the United States.
For a while, Italians have certainly not been lacking in all regions and we are pleased to have received so many certificates of esteem and positive judgments.
We got back into the game by challenging the period with the usual humility and spirit of positivity that distinguishes us. We have always kept open and woven new collaborative relationships with local companies.
There was no shortage of cyclists, always welcome, passing through and planned. We are located along one of the most beautiful routes in Veneto, exactly along the regional route I1 and along the Aida route. Aida stands for Upper Italy To Cross: a route that connects Friuli with Piedmont, from Istria to the French border.
Our bicycles have increased, in fact we have entered into a collaboration with an e-bike supplier, more and more requests to discover the surrounding area.
This 2021 has left us some bitterness and some joy. Our thoughts go to our dear neighbor Armando, known by all as Tiso, the Gaudì del Dolo, who suddenly left us on a cold autumn day. He was the man of mosaics and statuettes, made in his own way, photographed by anyone who passed in front of his house. A real institution in Dolo. Rip.
The novelty under the tree instead is the brand new bus arriving. We have decided to retire the old Kia Pregio which has grinded many miles over the years, our travel companion and bike transport companion. He will be replaced by the new and more functional vehicle, suitable for the shuttle service for our tourists.
And for Christmas there will certainly be our usual 3x2 offer! Find out at this link!
We want to conclude with the traditional appointment that will take place in Padua to make happy for a day and give a smile to the children being treated at the pediatric oncohematology clinic: the CantaNatale. Below is the video of this year with the appointment in person for Sunday 19 December.
A heartfelt wish for a Merry Christmas and a new year 2022 that is full of successes and positivity to all of you and your families! You are always welcome at our home!
