Venice, the most beautiful city in the world, easily reachable by public transport whose bus stop is only five minutes walk from our property or by boat from Terminal Fusina which is ten minutes drive from us.
Padua, with its squares, its canals, palaces and frescoes by Giotto.
Chioggia, a lively fishermen town and the prosperous Pellestrina island.
The Po Delta with its wonderful colors, panoramas and landscapes where numerous species of birds nest.
The Euganean Hills are a group of volcanic reliefs that are almost isolated on the central Venetian plain, southwest of Padua. They are the first regional park in Veneto, set up in 1989. Well known since the middle ages for their spa they have also been the scene of numerous battles during the medieval time. In the area it is worth visiting the towns of Este, Monselice and Montagnana with their ancient city walls. Then Luvigliano, Battaglia Terme and the pretty village of Arquà Petrarca, where the famous poet lived.
The Dolomites are really not far from the sea. In fact, the pearl of the Dolomites of Veneto, Cortina d’Ampezzo, is about a hundred kilometers from us. But not only: the Trentino Dolomites are also easily reachable via the Valsugana road that from Padua and Castelfranco leads to the towns of Marostica and Bassano del Grappa. All places that are worth a visit!
